Acquired this a while back, and I think it will reach poor 1. Very worn, but the date is readable, there is enough to detail to show a 6, and not confuse it with an 8. Do you agree? All thoughts are welcome.
If I had to guess I would say an 8 . If it was my coin I would put a half a drop of nic o date on the last digit and carefully pat it off with wet soft rag .Repeat if necessary . The idea is to not make it look like an acid date so you can send it in . But keep in mind it might not work .
looks like an 06. the top loop of the 6 slants left and if it was an 8 it doesn't. do not nic o date it. a TPG would pick up on it no matter how fast you wipe it off
