1964 Washington Quarter Appears Metallic Golden Tone

I recently inherited vintage coins and now just starting to learn about them and finding it very fulfilling to gain knowledge and story behind each coin. However, I found this 1964 quarter that is puzzling me. It doesn't look like anything I have searched on the internet. It appears to be a metallic golden tone on an uncirculated coin. It came from an original bank roll with all coins toned in different colors like golden to orange to bluish but this specific one appears to be almost satin finish with glittery metallic gold look to it. The reverse of the coin looks normal. I am hoping to get some insight from the experts here as I am a newbie. I am attaching a pic. Thanks in advance! More than likely it's just toning from the environment that the roll was kept in and the sulfa of the paper if they were in a paper wrapped roll for any length of time . Toned coins have been a hot item lately, especially in high grade third party slabs. For yours, I would not suggest sending it out due to the cost and what you see in a return sale. This one appears MS63/64 and worth less than those fees. Just a very nice example to put in a cardboard flip, Dansco album or the like. Thanks for sharing!
