Found this in a strap of ones at work,looks like a repeater, but the crushing reality is it's got two tears on the Left side, about a quarter inch long. Two places. What's weird is the bill isn't all that worn and I've seen worn to floppy rags Bill's that haven't torn yet. Is he worth saving? Or was I too late to save him?

Doesn't cost much to put aside, but I honestly can't think how you could sell this for much a premium.

I personally would save these for my own circulated finds, cause its somewhat hard to collect from circulation, as CoinFrog said, doesn't cost much to put it aside.
