I just came across this web site; https://www.seizedpropertyauctions.com and was wondering if anyone has used it?
Any comments about this site would be appreciated.
Thanks,

I have registered and bid on items. My experience has been that they have decent coins but they get bid up too high. Worth a look though.

I have bid on many of their auctions, but I have never won anything. Everything I have seen, always sells overpriced to me.

They sell a lot of different things, they once were selling a Miami Dolphins helmet that was signed by everyone on the '72 team. I had a bid in of $600 but it went for almost $2,000.

You might get lucky and win one cheap, but I wouldn't count on it. I still look through their auctions but I wait until the last couple days of the auction.

In my experiences, the auctions all start very low but their closing prices are just crazily high.

Anyway, it's worth a shot :)

Also, I only bid on gold bullion and gold US coins on the site. You might have better chances of winning something else.

For example, currently they have a bag of 5,000 wheats(all from the 40's & 50's and current bid is $160 + $25 to ship

And a bag of 5,000 wheats from the 20's currently at $580 + $25 to ship

Auction fever hits many of those looking for bargains.
Just be careful not to exceed your limits.

Agree. People see the title and think they'll get good bargains. Then they forget where they are and pay more than they should. Great scheme though for whatever agency is getting all the money.
Rest in Peace
