GMS5; Those were the first identifiable marking of the die clash for me, T and Y, other than the memorial on the obverse of course.

John1; If I'm understanding correctly, the 1972 d Lincoln Cent die clash, was struck by two separate dies. I was wondering what the other die year was.

No, The clash was made when both dies, obverse and reverse, clashed into each other before this coin was struck. Yours looks to be clashed atleast twice. Also, its not listed on http://www.Maddieclashes.com

The images I used are not of your coin, but I made a set of these to correspond to the different reverses know for this series of Memorial cents. I prefer to use proof coins as they look nice when the setup overlay is put together. Also the color makes them stand out even more.
