To me its a spender unless last was 0

Exactly what I was thinking, maybe if I could tweak the number order a bit. Also got this 1 dollar bill back in change 15 minutes after.

I think it is very cool. A little 'trippy' even; like your eyes are playing tricks on you.

Ultimately, after enjoying myself and showing to a few other folks that may appreciate the novelty it is a spender.

Show to your friends before buying the first round with it maybe?
