Hey guys, I have a quick question, I was looking at some dimes I had laying around and found this dime, and though I should look up any errors because I thought I spotted one, however I came across a totally different error that this coin actually might have.. I think this one has the error on the back and is actually struck on a 1968.. please let me know if I'm right or wrong.. thanks for looking and taking time out to help me. Cheers!

Pics are a bit too small to see what you are looking at and please crop your pics.

As mentioned, crop and rotate your pictures as per CCF instructions
and also point out where you think the error is. Not quit sure what
you mean by "struck on a 68".

to CCF. I think it has something to do with the flame on the torch? Not my area of knowledge.

Ok sorry guys, I don't have a better camera, I tried fixing it, lmk if this works... and yes as mentioned above it has to do with the torch and it having the 1968 "model" (sorry for my noobish terminology)

By enlarging the previuos images, they are now too pixelated and blurred out can see anything.

It's hard to see with the blurriens, but you may have the 68 reverse.

For all asking, some 1969, 1970, and 1970 D business strike dimes were struck with the 1968 proof reverse creating more defined lines in the torch, which also happens to be the year we see most dimes with the designation "Full Torch" comes from.

Better Pics needed to clarify.

Hey thank you guys so much for all of your help, right now I'm just taking the pictures with my iPhone 6... I know it's time for an upgrade, but I can borrow one of the new iPhones from a friend and I will then take a picture and post it up maybe around 5pm (pacific time). Sorry I'm at work right now, otherwise I would have already done it. Hope that's ok, stay tuned!
