Hello~ I need help with identifying my 1823 coin please. It's very thin and it has a line going from north~south. It's not a scratch, it looks like it was drawn on? {I could be wrong on that}

The obverse has a silhouette and the reverse looks like an eagle or rooster being chased by 2 goldfish! <---- I know that's not what it is~ I'm just not sure, so I'm going with goldfish
