It's the highest serial number reported, unlikely the highest number printed, when and if someone reports a higher number any premium is gone. It is still 8259 away from being an interesting number (like 049999) but the BCSAU50 is what would get my attention. I watched for that note for years and could never afford the higher grades and had to settle for the one I bought. That's an awesome (lofty) grade for such a RARE note & I'm pretty sure it would attract a lot of attention.
