Hello. I've spent a couple hours picking through Numista and google photos, but I don't see anything quite like this one. It resembles some of the ancient Greek and Macedonian coins a bit, in that it has an incuse square with a pattern inside. Any ideas?

Weight: 2.5g
Diameter: 13.5mm
Composition: silver
Severely cupped

Thanks in advance for help.

I don't believe this is an ancient or medieval coin so I'm o move this to the unidentified coin section.
