Hi All!

I apologize in advance for the pics, don't have the coin in hand. Thinking about this one but I'm a little worried. Not sure if I'm seeing some die polishing or cleaning. Not sure if it will be worth the gamble or not! Opinions on grade?

From what little I can see I think an abrasive cleaning is a possibility.
And dipped too is a possibility.
