hobbyguy77 New Member United States 2 Posts	Posted 12/06/2021 2:22 pm Just stumbled upon one of these on ebay for the first time - thanks for having this info up here. It seems they've fixed the formatting issue with the bar weight going out of bounds of the specs box, although the "Gold Content - 1" does have the "1" not 100% aligned on the one I found: One more thing to pay attention to on these is the font on the bar itself, which is best seen in the letter "M" of the word "Mint". A fake will have a "boxier" M, with "flat peaks", whereas a real one will have "sharp peaks": Fake: Genuine: Seems to be the same counterfeit factory that created the fake Perth Mint bars in black assay cards (gen 3), because those bars use that same font. JimmyD Bedrock of the Community Canada 21614 Posts	Posted 12/06/2021 2:29 pm There are numerous differences on both sides of the bar as well as the holder but you only need to know a couple. That is what we call the "Straight Sided M" when reporting counterfeits . Notice how there is no slope on the sides. Also what you are referring to as peaks are called serifs.
