Again and like always I graded this when I got it, but with that being said, it seems to have too much of an overall shine to it for the amount of wear. I took that one picture at an angle so you can see the shine. I'm no expert on polished coins, but I'm wondering if it has been polished?

So what do you think?

I'd say it's been polished and is a DETAILs coin

EF-40 details, cleaned. Looks like it has an 1878 reverse.
