Does the reverse error termed as Struck Through & does it carry any monetary value . The date is also exhibiting some kind of doubling - does not show up in the pics .

to CCF. The reverse is a Struck Through Grease,little if any premium.Can't tell for sure on the date,might be MD=machine doubling,no added value.
