1988 D Die Clash / Errors

Need opinion on this cent - is it a keeper ? Their are die clash mark on Lincoln face on obverse were the same marks are evident running through the stairs on the reverse . Else I cannot make out as the obverse liberty is showing die deterotion I presume and the mintmark is showing zinc rot - but the Lincoln coat is showing a thick raised outline . The Ears are somewhat odd .

So the marks on the face were created after the coin was minted knowingly or mistakenly and this is not the mint responsiblity and would not befall them - nevertheless what is the take on liberty doubling ?.Please advice . All help is appreciated .Its a learning curve .
