I'm fascinated by error coins and could hunt for them for hours. A healthy distraction from a busy life and soooo much better than drinking.
Thanks to everyone who has already helped me with answers and basically just being decent skins.
I've already found a really nice 1953 RPM on a Lincoln, a Strike through Grease on a new Guam Quarter in a Mint set and really excited to share my newest find.. a 1968 S Proof Penny with frosting and I believe a RPM.
Fascinating hobby and I really appreciate this site.
It starts with that first repunched mintmark progressing rapidly to squeezing banks for $25.00 boxes of cents, your shelves and closets jam full of cents, then buying a mint state 1972 Doubled Die Obverse. By now its too late your bitten by the die variety bug. There is no cure only remission through winning a 1955 Doubled Die Obverse at auction. Hang on tight if you start roll searching your in for a ride. Welcome to forum glad your here.
