I cherrypicked this one off ebay recently. It's polished, probably removed from jewelry, and I probably paid a bit too much (~$50, I threw in a high max bid without thinking it would get that high, but it did), but it's a pretty nice variety and it fills a hole for now.

Thoughts? Opinions? How'd I do?

Another fantastic cherrypick Tanman! Too bad about the polishing, but at least it fills a hole!

The good thing about problem coins is you can get them for so much cheaper than they would've been.

$50 was a tad high, $30-$35 seems more reasonable, but either way great job!

Incredible cherry-pick! This is an extremely scarce doubled die. Even cleaned, I'm surprised you found one. Great cherry-pick, even for $50. You may have a difficult time finding another. Well done Tanman!

Great pick! Super hard to find as it's been known since at least 1966....
Yea, it has problems but try to find another one! I think $50 is a darn good price!
