Hello ccf! I been coin roll hunting and found this1995 Lincoln Cent. Was curious of how come the obverse is satiny and the reverse is more of a shiny bubbly finish. Thank you for all of the feedback. What do you call this or is this normal?.

The reverse might be a struck through gritty grease issue?
