Hi: Just joined recently and it looks like a great place to be!
I bought a MS-63 1939 Canadian dollar graded by ICCS a while ago and I noticed that th grader had missed this double HP,so was wondering why they missed it...maybe not worth mentioning?Pic below. Thanks,Huck50
