I don't usually bother looking for rotated dies when I'm searching because it just takes so long to flip every coin around to check for rotation, but I recently discovered that the website rotateddies has an index of major die rotations. Is this list fairly exhaustive? It would be great to be able to limit it down to a handful of dates that I know to check for rotation and just ignore the rest.

I do it on all coins. It's not that hard. You just need to be patient and check all of them. It doesn't take that long. Also, Rotated Dies are the most overlooked error ever.

I ended up finding a 1994 Lincoln Cent with a major Rotated Die error in circulation. From a mixed roll, from a box of pennies. It graded MS-66 by ANACS. http://goccf.com/t/364360
