I kind of like the 2 oz. Pure Silver Coin - Canadian Maple Leaf Brooch Legacy - Mintage: 3,000 (2020), but $349.95 for a 2oz coin with costume jewlery is a bit high priced. I think I'll just stick with my yearly roll od 50 cent coins. It'll be interesting to see if the prices start coming down in a month or so to reflect the lower metal values. I'd love to get the 1oz Platinum Coin - Maple Leaf Forever, but $3100 is a bit much for what I will spend considering everything going on in the world right now.

To continue on my voyage, I'm getting the Franklin coin - I don't often go for the 5 ounce coins but I'll use my M/C benefit to bring the cost down.

Thank you for the info. A couple of questions:
1. Given the current production "suspension", when will these coins actually ship?
2. Is the second coin in the 2020 1/2oz Silver 6-coin subscription set part of the April release?
Cheers to all!

After placing my current order with my Rep (who I believe is working from home) His confirmation e-mail included the following line:
"The coins will not be available for a few months"

Very understandable. I hope folks don't get selfish and complain about the delay. Few of us are working under normal conditions at this point! Collectible coins are certainly 'non-essential' items!

From My Rep: Quote: As you are aware, our shipping departement is closed. Your order will leave once it reopens in mid to late April.

New coins have been listed across the dealers.
Noticed, that 1/10 oz gold "Colville legacy" coin seems to be popular. priced bit high, imo.
Was surprised to see, that despite the current situation / crisis / low operation period, the prices not discounted.
Lovely by many, annual (since 2011) Maple Leaf "Forever" 1/2 oz silver coin, released under "O! Canada" label , with mintage of 10.000 and priced CAD 49.95 I will wait with this for sure.....unless my Canada Post branch will put it on display and it will be great looking.

That frankly expedition piece actually sounds like something I would buy, maybe when the prices go down.

I would be a quick buyer of a silver dollar that featured the design used on the 10 oz Liberation of the Netherlands coin.
I don't collect 10 oz coins, but I like the way the piece illustrates a scene from history. I guess I'll have to enjoy it vicariously through images!

I didn't get an email from my rep saying the RCM shipping was department was closed. Yesterday, April 9, I received an email with a shipping notice and tracking number from RCM for one of the April releases. Tracking number shows the item was actually shipped out on April 9. On the RCM web page for that item, it shows that it ships Jun-01-2020.
