I think this is an Ottoman aqche, Srebrenice mint, of either Suleyman I (1520-1566 AD) or Selim II (1566-1574 AD). Please check out the similarities to your coin on these two coins below, and keep in mind the different striking positions on the flan. They don't match yours exactly but the weight, size, style, and some of the writing matches.

Perhaps someone more knowledgeable on Ottoman coins will be able to match your coin more precisely.
