I can plainly read HM above the horse and the patina seems like it may be hiding ΔH before and T after
So that would point to Demetrios ?
But it doesn't seem to go from there

Might it be an "M" followed by a poorly rendered and conjoined ΦΙ? Maybe Amphipolis? (The "A" could be wiped out or the die clogged) Granted, though, yours is heavier than these.
