This one should be easy ! I can read ΣEΛEYKOY down the right hand side Appears to be Helmeted Athena with shield at feet holding Nike But I'm not finding it !
I keep being drawn to thinking that it could be Seleucus II, with Apollo standing on the reverse. If it is a shield on the reverse, it can't be. It's a real head scratcher.
Although I can find nothing to match But based on the style of the Obv portrait (Young Apollo ?) What appears to be Athena on the reverse and what might be read as ΣEΛEYKEΩN ? I put these three together and I .......
I am thinking ....... Seleuceia ad Calycadnum For now it will have to do !!!
Sardes was the first place I looked based on the style ! Next came the Seleucids based on the letters But I think it neither So when in doubt ....... I will just try not to think about it too much !
