EF-45, or maybe a little better.

With just one freshly minted Princess Head gold coin,
you could buy one hundred 3 Cents US Postage stamps with these!

EF-45 sounds right to me as well.

XF40. I think the reverse might make 45 but the obverse imo has too much wear to push it over the line.
