I am new to collecting coins but this lockdown has me looking for new ways to kill time. I have recently been going through the 5 gallon glass jug full of coins and seeing what I can find. I have found a couple W quarters, a few silvers and a lot of wheat pennies. Questions to come in future posts, right now I'm just saying hello.

Welcome to the Community! That is a whole lot of coins! Happy hunting. Maybe some could share how they tackle so many coins. I sort them into zip lock bags - quarters, nickels, dimes, foreign, pennies pre-82, pennies post 82. If a coin jumps out at me as I sort, I put them into an investigate further. Success to you!
