Hey everyone. I stumbled across this coin today. I only have a picture of the front, unfortunately. Does this coin look real or fake to you? Are there any red flags that you can see? I apologize for the grainy picture and no images of the back or sides.

Thank you!

With out seeing both sides of the coin it's difficult to say. Outwardly the obverse appears to be OK.

It's hard to say anything definitive, but I don't discern any flow lines from a struck coin and I don't like what I'm seeing along the right side of the coin. It looks like a casting seam but that just may be an illusion. Also, his nose looks odd.

The seller states that the coin comes with a certificate of authenticity from a member of the American Numismatic Association. Does this change anything?

Again, without all the info it's hard to say. I don't see any glaring red flags, but the pic is small. One thing to note is that the portrait is not similar to any Marcus Aurelius examples that I've seen - and I have a few denari of him.
