Rounded from what I see, just guessing. Try displaying a pic of entire obverse for an accurate attribution. Welcome to the forum.

I see no pic of the bust tip at all. Please show us a sharp pic, with image right-side up. This is important.

We will need a picture of the bust to accurately determine what type of bust it is.
