Hi everyone. This is my first post on CoinCommunity, so I hope I don't screw this up. I am a new coin enthusiast who has found myself with a lot of time on my hands and several cans of coins to explore.

I just found this 1999-D Georgia State Quarter with a small but interesting anomaly. On the obverse side, the letter N in the word "MODERATION" looks incomplete.

Can someone tell me if this is "die error/cud" or something else? If it is a die error, does it have any extra value or should I use it to go buy a cup of coffee?

to CCF. All I see is minor damage on the N from being circulated, not a mint error.
