I got this 2002 Louisiana State Quarter
Any info is a

It was struck on a diffrent planchet. I did try
To upload pictures but no luck.

I assume the problem you're having is that you're trying to upload pictures larger than 300kb? You have to use the image optimizer listed below the "upload images" button, save those optimized versions, then upload the <300kb versions to the forum.

It's just a damaged coin. Possibly what's called a "dryer coin."
