There is a flattened area marked in green on reverse,but not as bad on obverse.Not sure if this damage was done after which looks like it may be to my untrained eyes,I think it's called PMD?Thanks,H50

Looks AU-50 to me, the rim is just probably a minor collar variance... nothing uncommon in the small cent series.
