Not exactly, Merclover. They're a die state like a clash, break/cud, abrasion, etc. The feeder fingers don't abraid the struck coin, but the dies themselves, so it's not PSD.

Feeder DAMAGE is just that, DAMAGE that carries no value unless it is something very unique.

Spend $30-$60 to grade a coin thats priced $6 graded PCGS MS66 with FB?.No WAY! .Even cost more to grade if you try sending it as a Mint Error and wouldnt get labeled as one.
