What's the verdict on this guy? Looks at least a 64......right?

Quite a bit of scuffing on the shoulder and a big nit across the Memorial. I'll say 64RD.

EZ 64, more likely 65 is the luster is there....I can see the cartwheel spokes. NICE COIN!

Thanks! In hand there is a little grayish ugly toning on the obverse, however it is very light. Shouldn't distract from the grade overall.
