A very historically interesting coin.
The Capricorn countermark seems to be often seen on these issues for Trajan.
The reverse shows Trajan's wife Plotina (60s-122 AD) and his sister Marciana (48-112 AD). The city of Marcianopolis in the province of Moesia was named after her.
