I found this while coin roll hunting recently. while not too far off center, I still think that the Machine Doubling on the reverse is pretty wild.

It doesn't appear to be an off-center strike, but a severely tilted and misaligned obverse die centered at K-3 ... plus something else.

The reverse also appears to be misaligned but at K-10:30. I'm not sure what the designation might be when this (tilted and misaligned differently on both sides) happens together. Others here will certainly have more insight.

Really nice find as there aren't many finds like yours. Congrats.

EDIT: Found the info at Error-ref.com. See the link below for "Dual Misalignment"

Your coin seems to match the description to a "T".

I wouldn't be surprised if the dual misalignment ("bouncing" off the collar) contributed to the heavy MD on the reverse.

I wouldn't be surprised if Mike D. would like this one!

I see a horizontal misalignment of the obverse (hammer) die along with Machine Doubling on the reverse. The two error types commonly co-occur.

Thanks Mike.
I see I mistook the shadows at the edge of the flip as part of the coin giving the reverse a false misaligned "effect".

Are misaligned strikes this usually tilted as heavy as this one?
