Not even close to being SMS . Regular 64 Philly Cent .
Doesn't even look like it is an early strike .

A quick google search will take you to both PCGS description , also there is a YouTube video

I think a good litmus test is "Does the coin look proof, but with satiny finish instead of mirrored?". If the answer is "no", then it's not an SMS. Your coin looks like a very ordinary LWC.

Notice the rim on this SMS is not like your 67 either as well as my penny has many same features including die marks as well as a nice satin finish just don't have a good enough phone to get a great pic my color is way on on them.
