From what I can see on the leaves around her hair and the feathers on the eagles wings, it looks like a nice MS grade coin, but overall the pictures are just to bright in some spots and washed out in others to put a number on that MS grade. And what I can see of the breast looks completely flat and featherless. Really need better pictures.

Take my grades with a grain of salt, still trying to get this down myself, but I'll go with MS-65 on this one.
