Moving up on the scale of my 1882's to the nicer coins this one has some splotchy but attractive golden toning, one hit on the chin, and nice cartwheel luster which photos don't fully show.
82(P) are normally average struck. the obverse is fairly decent but the breast is weak on this one. the obverse photo is a little blurry but it looks like you're missing some luster on the cheek and neck. the eye appeal is AVG-
I appreciate the somewhat symmetrical toning on the reverse at the rims about 3 & 9:00, I think it works well to highlight the eagle motif rather beautifully. In a slab, I'd think this gets a 62-63.
