I had the high bid at $16.50. Opinions on grade? Sellers pics aren't the best, will update them when I get it in hand.

Edit: I'm hoping the white speck on the reverse is just a flake from the holder.

Hard to tell from pictures, but it looks like environmental damage, so it would be a details coin. Grade wise VF ish
