A grotesque Afghan Fals - is anyone able to read this?

I bought it on ebay and according to the description it is

The flower resembles the one on the Afghani Falus KM 77. I'm not sure that the rest of the coin supports my theory though.

I find it amazing yo ucan see the flower - this coin resembles a rock to me..

Top picture, left hand side. Kind of a three lobed petal. Sorry but the only pics I can find are in Krause.

And no, I can't tell which way is up on this coin, either. It seems to be mangled, or at least seriously double-struck, perhaps even carelessly overstruck.
