I've seen other mint state coins with scratches grade as AU58. I'm not sure with is better, AU58 and no comment or an MS grade with "scratch" written in the comments.
If your coin didn't have the scratch, it would be an MS 60something.

Looks like a nice AU-58, even with the hairline scratch.
