Can't grade it, too much glare besides being slightly out of focus, won't be a fair assessment.

I take it those facial scratches are on the coin?

Coinfrog, I assume that's correct. This was not a very expensive purchase, BTW. It seems to have some mint luster left and to only have very light circulation.

Looks like AU-58 . Must be a slightly circulated piece with those obverse scratches .

T-BOP..you know your coins and I concur with a strong candidate for the AU58 range with possible low MS61. I think the reverse is what holds this coin up more than the obverse...just sayin!
