Here is a Slovakia collector - not from or in Slovakia though. I have the current (koruna) circulation coins and will of course try and get the euro pieces too. Primarily those that are legal tender in the entire euro area, but maybe some (SK only) collector coins as well.

The mint in Kremnica http://www.mint.sk/ already has a pre-order form that you can fill out and submit. Problem is, it does not tell the final prices yet.

(Minca 2 € - 17.11 ...) That is the €2 coin which commemorates the 20th anniversary of 17 Nov 1989 - Fight for Freedom and Democracy.
(Minca 2 € - Hospodárska ...) This is the common €2 coin commemorating ten years of the euro (the stickman piece that won the public design vote).
(Minca Ag proof 10 €, Minca Ag proof 20 €) These two are regional collector coins, not legal tender anywhere in Euroland except in the issuing member state.
(Súbor euro ...) These two are the 2009 circulation coin sets; first one is the BU version, the second one is the proof set.

Now Slovakia will of course issue more euro and cent coins than the last two countries that joined the euro area (Cyprus and Malta). So I think the coins, even the €2 commems, should not be very expensive or hard to get ...

I will definitely be getting a set of the new euro coins when they come out for my OFEC set.

Is it only Slovakia this year?

"Only"? The euro area was created in 1999; in 2001 Greece joined, in 2007 Slovenia got in, in 2008 we had Cyprus and Malta, and now Slovakia. That is five new members in ten years ...

I assume that after Jan-2009 we will have no new members for a while again: Apart from Slovakia, there are four more countries in the Exchange Rate Mechanism (ERM-II) - Denmark, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. Denmark practically has the euro, and the government would like to officially introduce it, but there won't be another referendum until 2011 or so. And the other three do not meet the convergence criteria at this time.
