PCGS holder on this one. Reverse smudge is on the plastic not the coin. IMHO one of the most beautiful designs, obverse and reverse, in all of U.S. coinage.

a little blurry through the holder and shadowing is hiding some of the surface but I think its in the MS64-65 range should be a 65imo
