Retrieve Draft Reply To Locked Topic

I have a reply in my draft folder that I cannot open (even to copy to a text file) because the thread to which it was supposed to be posted had since been locked (for reasons beyond my understanding, but I'm not willing to speculate on that part without explicit permission, because I don't want to get banned for it).

Would it be possible to retrieve the draft text? I recall it being quite long and interesting (though not any further details, because it's been a while), and it might well have been on-topic in some other thread (or perhaps even in a later reincarnation of that one, if the reasons for its locking were not related to its subject).
