Need help with the coin below. It is bronze 24mm and 13g. Any information about its attribution, age, ruler, authenticity, rarity, etc. would be greatly appreciated.

Looks to be a Hadrian Tetradrachm with a Nilus reverse..

edit...This one is pretty close..BTW That is a lovely looking coin!
Hadrian Billon Tetradrachm of Alexandria. Year 19 = 134-135 AD.
Obverse...AVT KAIC TΡAIAN AΔΡIANOC CEB, laureate head left
Reverse...L E-NNEAKΔ, bust of Nilus right, cornucopiae at left shoulder, himation at right.
Koln 1148, BMC 646.
