That looks like any 1964 you'd pull out of a roll of LMC's. Seems like we've already discussed this but a 1964 SMS is going to be razor struck with a satin finish, and will almost certainly never have been circulated since they are specially packaged collector coins. One looks like this:

Keep in mind the description you posted was for a certain coin offered for sale on Heritage and not all of the 1964 SMS Cents. Toning can occur in many different colors and combination on Lincoln cents.

The rims on the coin in your post seem shallow. The SMS cents show sharp, deep rims.

It can't be because it's a business strike. SMS coins are almost proof and have a distinctive look to them. The color is not used to authenticate coins - toning is just an attribute some coins have.

18 full steps across the Lincoln memorial all SMS is are the only ones known to have this here's pictures showing I have this couldn't get it on my phone with the details that I was wanting to get had to use my microscope to show these details not even the MS 68 Business strikes shows fulls steps. Also that first post is a SMS in that color particular for some SMS no regular business strike has that color.

Full steps are not exclusive to proofs or SMS coins. They are so common on Lincoln Memorial Cents that it isn't even considered a valuable designation. Yes there are years where they can be difficult or impossible to find, but I don't think 1964 is one of them. So you seriously think the copper in an SMS cent tones differently than the copper in some other cent? Copper is copper, and magenta toning is common on many LMC's. That tells you nothing about whether the coin is SMS. If you seriously think the coin is SMS, then send it into PCGS or NGC but be prepared for a 1 cent value coin to come back in an EF-40 slab.

Heritage is describing one specific coin, with its toning and full steps designation. They aren't describing a whole class of coin, nor are they claiming those traits are exclusive to SMS pennies.
