Have a very nice 1975p I'm guessing? I say I'm guessing because I do see frosted areas but yeah ill let your eyes Judge but I think MS-65+, but heya I can always dream about that no S lol.

No evidence that the mintmark or date has been altered, and it has full bands. An interesting coin, indeed! Probably worth the grading fee.

Here is the PCGS PR68 "No S" dime side by side with your coin. Overall look very similar. Rims sharp and square, radial die polishing, extraordinarily sharp strike.
