I am new to collecting ancients and have made many blunders identifying them, but I do love the process. This one however, I've given up after countless hours of scouring auction sites and catalogs. Obv appears to be "SEVERVS PIVS AVG". Reverse I can make out "TITVT" but it doesn't match any of the "ORBIS" varieties. Coin is 16/17mm and approx. 3g (need a new scale). Any leads would be greatly appreciated and extremely helpful to me. Thank you in advance!

it's not official. the reverse is a Hadrian RESTITVTORI GALLIAE

if official it would also be in silver. So it is either an ancient unofficial product, like a limes denarius, or a more modern product.
