Hello,
For years I've gathered foreign change and small currency from my travels, and just kept them in an ammo can, waiting to someday go thru them.
Well today is the day I'm starting to go thru them. And boy am I going to have a lot of questions after I build my pile of I don't know what's.

But this one stumped me right off the bat.
On the obverse it's stamped with one date, 1996.
On the reverse it's stamped with another date, 1993.
I know less than nothing when it comes to foreign coins and currency.
I'm sure this is probably nothing, but I had to ask, why the two different dates? It doesn't appear to be about a special historical event like our Bi-centennial coin series.

Thank you for your time!
